Refunds

What if the products I ordered are defective?
We offer a refund guarantee if you find any defects, holes, tears, or wrong print (send us a picture). A sizing issue is not refundable. If you have sizing questions, please contact us or see the sizing chart. Your satisfaction is our priority and rest assured we will treat every case personally.


How long does it take to receive my refund?
Typically, it will take about 2 Business Days for you to receive your refund. Depending on the SPECIFIC situation, it could take longer if you need to ship it back to us. Contact us via email and we will personally take care of you. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with
confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
● The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by
the seller.
● The item you received was not as described.
● The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

What are the delivery times for your products?

It takes us time to process your order, we take pride in quality. Typically 7-9 business days to deliver it depending on your location. If you are out of the United States, it could take up to 30 days, please be patient. If you have questions where something is, please contact us via email. 

Important:  Since we currently have a very high order volume, delivery can take up to 15 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience

Our offices are located in USA. EVERYTHING ships from the United States.

Do you provide product tracking information?

I haven't received my order yet. Why does it take so long?
